About the Program
The Higher Education Department (HED), Government of Punjab, is recruiting College Teaching Interns (CTIs) for government colleges across Punjab at the Intermediate and BS levels. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain teaching experience in the public sector and contribute to quality education across the province.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education (BS / MA / MSc) in the relevant subject.
- For BS-level positions, candidates with MS / MPhil will be given preference.
- B.Ed / M.Ed is NOT required.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years.
- Candidates with a third division anywhere in their academic career are ineligible.
Monthly Stipend
- Intermediate level: Rs. 50,000 per month
- BS level: Rs. 60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct classes for Intermediate and BS-level students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and exam papers.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and a productive classroom environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and college activities.
