Fraudhawkai provides fraud detection services for e-commerce stores, including real-time order screening, risk scoring, and shared intelligence to prevent COD fraud.

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Using our services for illegal activities
• Attempting to bypass our fraud detection systems
• Sharing your API credentials with unauthorized parties
• Scraping or harvesting data from our platform

We take data security seriously. Customer phone numbers are hashed and securely stored. You are responsible for protecting your own customer data in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fraudhawkai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
