The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) invites applications for one (01) post of Dental Surgeon (BS-17) on a contract basis for a period of three (3) years (extendable) in the Auqaf & Religious Affairs Department, Lahore.

- Original Domicile Certificate — of any district of Punjab, issued on or before the closing date, or proof of application for issuance of domicile submitted before the closing date.
- Original Departmental Permission Certificate — issued from the appointing authority, in case of Government employees.
- Disability Certificate — duly issued/verified by the Social Welfare Department, in case of Special Person.
